    Great Show this week. Ask CT Scott to do his 11th Grade History Teacher impression of Mr. White. Its a classic. And Mr. White is way dead, so he won’t be offended.

    Love listening live! Got to get my fill before I go back to school. Love the rapport between CT Scott and KFox.

    Over-the-top love coming at you from CT Jen…Scott called me that on air and my newest goal is to make it stick back home–though I’m now living in CT again so everyone here could preface name with CT–not sure it will work. I’m trying to bring “groovy” back though–spread the word and maybe you can help me with that.

    Next call you read me Mad Libs and I’ll fill in the blanks, then you read…or shall we do vice versa? Your call! Hugs and kisses, bro:) Hang in there Kim, with the dating thing. We’ll have to have a show-down of worst date stories –I will sooo win (lucky me).

    Enjoying the show each week. Scott and Kim have such a nice radio presense together. Kim has a great laugh. I especially liked the Beachboys music this week! ( It sounds like I’m dating myself, but I actually like all kinds of music.)

    From the Civil War to 1900, Wisconsin was dominated by two economic forces: the railroads and, until the forests were denuded by their avariciousness, the timber barons. They controlled the Republican Party, ran the state government, and were only partly cuffed by the 1900 popular election of Bob Marion La Follette as governor. From 1901 until 1946 a La Foilette was either a senator from Wisconsin or governor of the state. These were heady times for the previously vulnerable and dispossessed — hardly perfect but more equitable. A repeat performance by the Wisconsin 14 will hopefully setoff a national campaign to take on the new financial barons and their lobbyists from Wall Street, now directing a countywide Republican, right-wing reconstruction of the Nation’s political life and constitutional order.
