The 49ers are 8-0 and are atop the NFC West by beating the Arizona Cardinals 28-25 on Thursday Night Football. That was a tough one, but they manage to get by Kyler Murray who played well and a well-coached defense. Next challenge for San Francisco they always difficult Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football.

The Golden State Warriors lose not only to the Phoenix Suns, but they also lose their ace Stephen Curry with a broken left-hand injury. Curry will be out for at least 3 months. He had surgery on the hand yesterday and is recovering. De Angelo Russell is also out with a rolled ankle and Draymond Green is also out with a torn ligament in his index finger. So with all the all-stars out what will Steve Kerr and the Warriors do? Utilize what they have. Eric Paschall, Jordan Poole, Alec Burks, Omari Spellman, Willie Cauley-Stein, Damian Lee, Glen Robinson III, Marquis Chris. Sound familiar? If they don’t, don’t feel bad, cause they don’t sound familiar to me either.

The Oakland Raiders are trying to rebound after that tough loss to the Green Bay Packers that they could’ve won. But with Aaron Rodgers at the helm, it just didn’t seem likely. So at 3-5, the Raiders have to find a way to get back to winning football games. In the AFC West, they’re still in second place with a chance to fight for a playoff spot. Jon Gruden an company need to get their defense to stop teams from scoring and allow Derek Carr to throw the ball downfield. Bring back the deep pass threat.

The San Francisco Giants still don’t have a new manager and the Oakland A’s don’t have a new stadium. The San Jose Sharks are battling for position in the Pacific West Division and they’re not that far behind. All the teams in the division are either 1 or 2 games back of the division-leading Edmonton Oilers. These are your Bay Area teams and you want the information on them your way.
